Order time

Our items are produced on-demand. Once an order is placed, we will usually complete the product and ship within in 3-5 business days of receiving your order. In certain cases, for various reasons it will need more time (if so, we ask for your patience, it is worth the wait!).

How will I know when my order is ready?

For every order, we will send e-mails. An e-mail will show the order details and confirm that the order was placed, and then another e-mail will tell you when your order is being shipped and should have the tracking or carrier info.

Shipping

We ship from Germany. Shipping prices are affordable and remain the same across regions. Only the delivery time varies depending on the destination country.

Germany - from 3.40 €
EU - from 5 €
Worldwide - from 5.90 €

Customs and import duties

Within the EU we do not expect fees, but can not guarantee this and it's possible they can occur.
Buyers are responsible for any  customs or import fees. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs. We know it's not fun, but we have no control over this.

Returns & Refunds

  • We will issue refunds for orders that are defective (for example: the wrong print was sent, received the wrong color or size, or holes or tears in the garment).
  • Please contact us immediately when you receiving the product and send a photo of the problem.
  • To return a product, it must be in its original condition as received - with no signs of wear, no stains, no odors (including perfume or cologne), no pet hair, etc.
  • To make a return: please contact our team at faulandfidget@gmail.com.
  • If a return is requested, we will review the request and determine if a refund or exchange will be given.
  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of the purchase.
  • The customer pays for the direct shipping cost of the return. We kindly ask you to send the parcel using a delivery service that insures the value of the goods and provides a tracking code.
  • We are legally obligated to provide you with a replacement or a refund of the purchase price within 30 days of receipt of the return, if the product is defective.  

A note about refunds.
Of course we want you to be happy! Please know that we are a small business that uses an on-demand production and fulfillment model. This means we do not keep stock, and we produce the product for you, when you order it. Because of this, we can not offer refunds for things outside of our control. This includes if you make a mistake and order a wrong size, style, or color, or change your mind. Please review your order before you finish check-out to avoid any issues. 

We will also send an e-mail with details about your order immediately after your order is placed, and if there are any discrepancies in your order at that point, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to make a change.

Cancellations

Because of our business model mentioned above, cancellations are not accepted.

No delivery?

Unfortunately, it can happen that the delivery of your order is not possible (for example: due to an incorrect delivery address or the shipping company can not find the address, no one can receive it). Probably then, the shipment will be returned to us. If we do not receive information from you about this, we will work with our production team and refund the purchase amount via your original payment method, after receiving and processing the return.

General problems with order

Please contact the store if you have any problems with your order and we will try to fix it! It may be possible make a change if the item is not in production yet.
